Ordering from Us

You can order a subscription from us by contacting us through contact@visage.gg.

We may refuse to accept an order if:

We cannot obtain authorization for your payment.
There has been a pricing or product description error.
You do not meet any of the criteria laid out in our terms and conditions.

Payment and Billing

Payment is handled by our payment provider and invoices and billing will be sent through them. Upon paying an invoice with your credit card, the credit card information will be stored for future payments of your subscription. This information can be deleted at any time by cancelling your subscription. Visage Esports cannot be held liable for any losses incurred while using our payment provider for payment.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

We have a strict no refunds policy, with no refunds on an already activated subscription. You can cancel a subscription at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Visage Esports is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights of its website, products, and services of the data and information provided through it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may not download extracts or pages from the website, products or services, or modify them in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

If your use of Visage Esports' products or services results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment, software, or data, you assume all costs thereof.

You agree to indemnify Visage Esports fully, defend and hold Visage Esports and all its employees free from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including legal fees), arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions or any use of Visage Esports' products and services.

Other Provisions

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a German court with competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to have full effect.
